This gated community was developed between the years 1972 and 1987 specifically for active 55 and better residents. This planned retirement community of almost 2,000 residences and consists of mostly single-family, two or three bedroom, one-story unattached homes with one- or two-car garages. Some residences are attached by the garages, and some have two stories with an extra loft, or third bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Association dues are moderate and for all homes include maintenance of the greenbelt areas, security patrol and gate guards, exterior painting every six years, trash pickup and management.
